Education and training: I received my hypnosis training at HYPNO TC, 12 Old Bond Street, Mayfair, London, W1S 4PW

I am a certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and participate in continuing education courses annually to maintain my high level of training. The National Guild of Hypnotists is the oldest and largest hypnosis organization in the world, and its certification is the most recognized qualification for the professional practice of hypnosis.

Note: As Switzerland has not adopted any training standards for the practice of hypnotism, this statement regarding certificates is for informational purposes only. Hypnotism is a self-regulated profession, and its practitioners are not state-licensed. I am neither a medical doctor nor a licensed healthcare provider and may not make medical diagnoses or recommend the discontinuation of medically prescribed treatments. If a client desires a diagnosis or any other type of treatment from another therapist, they may seek these services at any time. If my services are terminated by a client, the client has the right to a coordinated transfer of services to another therapist. A client has the right to refuse hypnosis services at any time. A client has the right to be free from physical, verbal, or sexual abuse. A client has the right to know the expected duration of the sessions and may exercise any of these rights without retaliation.

Legal Remedies: I am a certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and practice in accordance with its code of ethics and standards. Should you have a complaint about my services or conduct that I cannot resolve personally, you may contact the National Guild of Hypnotists, PO Box 308, Merrimack, NH 03054-0308, (603) 429-9438, to file a legal remedy. Confidentiality: I will not disclose any information to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law. You have the right to access my written records about you. Hypnosis services are generally not covered by health insurance.

My hypnotherapy approach is individually tailored to the problems and goals of each client. The well-being, safety, and rights of my clients are my top priority. I practice exclusively within the scope of my training and qualifications, always drawing on my competence and experience, and consistently maintaining a professional approach. I only use my acquired and recognized titles and continuously pursue further education as a hypnotherapist.

Before my first hypnosis session, I will sign a therapy agreement on site.
