In hypnosis, people are in a state of highly focused attention and readily accept positive and effective suggestions. Hypnotherapy utilizes the rapid absorption of suggestions, thus enabling rapid changes in behavior and thoughts. Hypnosis is a natural state that everyone enters at least twice a day - in the morning upon waking and in the evening upon falling asleep. This state of hypnosis also occurs during the day and is referred to as daydreaming or highway hypnosis. Hypnotherapy always involves intensive collaboration between the client and the hypnotherapist.

HISTORY
Hypnosis has fascinated people for thousands of years. Even in ancient Egypt, sleep temples were used to experience healing and inspiration through dreams. Later, pioneers such as Mesmer, Puységur, and Paracelsus discovered that the human mind itself can bring about change. James Braid coined the term "hypnosis" in the 19th century and developed a scientifically sound approach to explaining the effects of trance. Ambroise-Auguste Liébeault emphasized the importance of rapport—a harmonious collaboration between hypnotist and client—for successful sessions.
Today, hypnotherapy is a safe, effective, and scientifically proven method that strengthens body and mind, reduces stress, and unlocks personal potential.
